Text2Html provides a free online text-to-HTML conversion tool that allows users to:

• Store your content on our servers
• Monitor or review the content you convert
• Take responsibility for any content you create or convert
• Guarantee the security of content during conversion

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 Our Content

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Text2Html. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

4.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you input into our Service. By using our Service, you grant us no rights to your content. All processing happens in your browser, and we do not claim ownership of your text or HTML output.

We use third-party services (fonts, icons, libraries) which are subject to their own licenses. These include:

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

• Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party

9. Service Availability and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice at any time. You agree that Text2Html shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through:

2. Mediation: If informal negotiation fails, the parties agree to mediation
3. Arbitration: If mediation fails, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole. Such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Text2Html regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and Text2Html relating to your use of the Service.
